- There is no limit to the number of watches you may order.

10. Are the watches you sell on this website water-resistant?

- The movement of the second hand is smooth, and each second is not ticked away individually. Internal movements are made in tiny increments that appear smooth to the human eye on the face of the watch.

13. Why is my automatic replica watch losing time and ceasing to run?

14. How is the time set on these watches?
- Gently pull the button on the side of the watch casing out just a little.
- Most people find that removing the watch from their wrist makes this easier.
- Use the thumb and forefinger on each side of the button to pull the button away from its position against the side of the watch. Your skin will sense a tiny “click” when the button has moved to the right position. This click may or may not be audible. Do not apply too much pressure, but ease the button out of its original place.
- Turn this button counter-clockwise to move the hands forward around the clock face to the desired time.
- Confirm the correct time, and push the button back into place.
- Turn the button clockwise a few turns to get the mechanism balanced and running perfectly again.

15. How do I set the correct date on this watch?
- Watches that have a date mechanism will allow two clicks when the button is pulled away from the side of the watch (or unscrewed on the Rolex replica).
- The first click is the setting for changing the date. To set the date forward, turn the button counter-clockwise. Do not go too far, because the date will only move forward. If you set the date to far forward, you must continue to move the date forward until the appropriate number comes around again.

- When payment is received, we strive to ship your order within 48 hours.
- Delay in payment receipt will delay shipment of the order.
- Your order will be verified and the accuracy will be confirmed prior to packing and sending the items to ensure accuracy of every order.
- From the time the order is shipped, most orders will arrive within 7 business days. (Excluding holidays and weekends.)

21. Three days have elapsed since I completed my order on your website, why has my order not been shipped?
- Certain watches will be built after the order is placed because of their uniqueness. Additional time will be required for us to acquire the watch from the supplier. These watches are noted on the website.
- Some of the more exotic styles will take up to 5 days for shipping preparation.
- When the order is shipped, the Members Section of the website will be updated and the order status will read, “Shipped.”

22. If I want to receive my watch by a certain date, how much lead time should I allow?
- Shipments to North America will arrive within 7 business days in most cases.
- For other countries, allow 14 business days for delivery.
- Remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Count these excluded days in both countries.

23. Are there any countries to which you do not send orders?
- Most every country receives our orders.
- We do not send orders to Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, or Korea.

24. Is there an overnight shipping option when I need to receive the order quickly?
- Overnight shipping is not an option at this time. Order volume does not allow such rapid turnaround. Customs laws also slow the receipt of orders enough that overnight shipping is not possible.

25. Are any hidden fees added to orders?
- No additional fees are assessed. When you complete the checkout process, the total amount of the order is visible and that is the final amount you will pay.
- Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to be honest in all of our transactions to make this a positive experience for our customers.

26. Do you sell my personal information to mailing lists and other vendors?
- All personal information, including phone numbers, are for our use in filling your order.
- This information is never given to another party for any reason.
- We do store the information you provide in our database for future use to complete the orders you place through our website.
- Your information is used for direct contact with you to confirm your order or to resolve problems that may arise.

27. Is it possible to cancel an order that I have completed?
- Within 24 hours, you have the ability to cancel the order without charge. One step in the order process is verification of the order. When you are contacted to verify the order, you have the option of cancelling the order.

28. If the item I receive is not acceptable, can I receive a full refund?
- If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, notify us immediately.
- You will be given a return address for the product.
- When we have received the product, the funds will be refunded to you.
